Laser Cutting

We offer laser cutting in all materials on our New Amada laser cutting machine.

Profiled parts can be produced at high speed whilst achieving good surface finishes.

Intricate parts can be produced using our cad software enabling complex shapes to be cut quickly and efficiently.

Parts can be nested from full size sheets to obtain the most economical manufacturing method.

Sheet Metal Fabricating

Our in house sheet metal facilities allow fast efficient manufacturing off all sheet metal and fabricated parts on machines such as our new Amada AC255 turret punching machine.

 

We manufacture batches of components for blue chip companies in all types of materials working to a high degree of accuracy and quality.

All parts can be supplied complete including finishes such as paint etc.

Parts forming / bending is achieved with high degree of accuracy on our Amada HFE 80-25 8 Axis CNC Controlled Machine and our FBD3512.

 

Welding

Our in house welding facilities offer all types of welding including Aluminium, St/Steel and use the latest welding techniques.
We are also able to offer spot welding and can supply components manufactured and assembled complete.
